Pregnancy Verification
Even if you have taken a home pregnancy test, it’s important to have a diagnosis from a medical professional. A lab-quality, urine-based pregnancy test will be offered to you free of charge. Regardless of the results, we are here for you. We care about you and your overall health and well-being. If you want written verification of your pregnancy, bring photo identification, and the verification will be given to you at the end of your appointment.
Options Consultation
Our Registered Nurses are here to walk you through the medical process at LIFEhouse Clinic. We answer any questions you may have and walk you through all of your options. We offer partnership and decision support to you during this time. The nurse will provide sexual health education and consult with you about your next steps. She will also provide community resources and referrals.
Decision Support
We understand an unexpected pregnancy can often lead to a difficult decision. You may have questions about parenting, abortion, or adoption and we want to provide answers for you and assure that you do not feel alone throughout this process. We want to make sure you are fully informed on all of your options using evidence-based education so you can make the best decision for you.
Our team will be with you each step of the way. We pride ourselves on building a relationship with each woman who walks through our door. You are not a number. Our nurse will walk with you during your appointment with us to offer a listening ear and support. We care about you and want to make sure your unique story is heard in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere that we will provide.

Limitations of Services

LIFEhouse Clinic is a non-profit organization. All of our services are free, including a urine pregnancy test, as well as a situational assessment and personalized pregnancy options consultation provided by a medical professional.

The medical services are all referrals and are not performed or provided by LIFEhouse Clinic but rather by licensed medical professionals. A physician must confirm your pregnancy test with an ultrasound to determine viability.

By signing below, you are giving your consent for a urine pregnancy test to be performed by a licensed medical professional and for the results to be verbally provided to you by that individual immediately following the completion of the test.

Whether the pregnancy is positive or negative, you should consult with a licensed physician. If you do not have a physician, the nurse will offer referrals.

All information is kept confidential except if child abuse or other mandated reporting laws apply or if we believe or hear that you are in danger of hurting yourself or others.

LIFEhouse Clinic does not perform or refer for abortion, which includes not providing confirmation of pregnancy for abortion retention purposes.
